I’m on a mission to make the world a healthier and happier place one bite at a time. I help identify and address underlying health issues, and make healthy living delicious and doable, so it’s sustainable. My services include functional labs, bioenergetics, dietary recommendations, lifestyle modifications, customized supplementation, and compliance-focused coaching. Forget quick fixes and fad diets. Cate Ritter’s commitment to better health began as a quest for personal improvement but ended as a desire to help others professionally. Following a successful career as a top junior and collegiate golfer, Cate finished her studies in Honors English at Cal State University, Chico and shifted her focus to nutrition. Cate has a Holistic Nutrition Specialist Certification from the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts in Tempe, AZ and is a Certified Functional Diagnostic Nutrition® Practitioner. Cate continues her education with wellness workshops, seminars, conferences, and mentorships.
Her experience working in professional kitchens in the U.S. and abroad, as well as her athletic background and unique perspectives on wellness, have given Cate a variety of tools to help others effectively achieve their goals. Passionate about improving daily performance through proper nutrition; Cate enjoys the special connection she shares with others and the life-changing impact better health brings.
Cate’s coaching services are part of Make The Turn Performance at Poppy Hills Golf Course, Northern California Golf Association, and Youth On Course. She’s also Contributing Editor for Laird Superfood.
