1. Do you have weight and or body composition goals that would make you a better player?  Yes/No

2. Have you experienced lapses in mental focus or felt a “hunger crash” during competition? Yes/No

3. Do you have consistent levels of energy throughout your training and competitive playing days? Yes/No

4. Do you always get sound and refreshing sleep the night before competition? Yes/No

5. Have you experienced feeling “uneasy” during competition after eating certain foods? Yes/No

6. Do you have issues with mobility, inflammation or pain that affect your performance on the course? Yes/No

7. Do you work consistently with a swing coach? Yes/No

8. Do you or have you worked with a mental performance coach/sports psychologist? Yes/No

9. Do you participate in flexibility or strength training to improve your game? Yes/No

10. Do you put “equal attention” into understanding how what you eat affects your performance? Yes/No

Final Question: Are you fully committed to doing everything it takes to be a champion?  Yes/No

This self assessment is designed to help you create an awareness of your current state of performance and better understand the role of proper nutrition in achieving your playing goals.

If you answered “Yes” to questions 7, 8 and 9, you’ve recognized the necessity of such efforts to gaining a competitive advantage. Take the final step and ensure that you are fueling your engine with the nutrients required to make your mind and body perform at a championship level!
