What does the 1 1/2-Hour Nutrition Essentials Program include? The Essentials Program includes Nutrition Coaching and a Grocery Shopping Trip with Cate to learn what foods to include, how to select them and simple ways to prepare them. This CNK experience provides a simple & well-rounded approach to help you expend the least amount of effort for maximum results.
What does the 3-Hour Nutrition Lifestyle Program include? The Lifestyle Program includes Nutrition Coaching, a Grocery Shopping Trip and an In-Home Cooking Session with Cate to learn all of the basic principles of the Essentials Program and expand on those in the kitchen. During your session you’ll discover easier ways to prepare and cook dishes with time-saving techniques. In addition, Cate leaves you with recipes for recreating each dish on your own.
How will I remember everything from my CNK session? Every session includes a follow-up email with simple tips, personalized goals, helpful resource links & easy recipes to get started.
How long does it take to experience benefits? It takes 90 days for the body to heal itself and for you to adjust to a new way of eating. However, depending on how serious you are about improving your health, you can start experiencing benefits immediately. During the first week most people experience better digestion, improved sleep, and more energy.
