Ingredients
2 cups unsalted raw cashews
6 large Medjool dates, pitted
1/4 cup coconut oil (warmed so that it’s in liquid form)
1/2 cup Laird Superfood Cacao Creamer
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
Instructions
– Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Process until a thick paste forms, about 1 minute.
– Transfer to a large bowl and use your hands to make into 30 mini cookies.
– Place in the freezer for at least 30 minutes before enjoying. They’re best straight from the freezer.
Victory Vanilla Shortbread Bites

Naturally sweet and filled with healthy fats, these easy no-bake bites are an ideal indulgence.
Yields about 24 mini bite
Ingredients
2 cups (8 oz) raw unsalted walnuts
1 cup shredded coconut
1/2 cup Laird Superfood Original Creamer
1/4 cup raw honey
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
Instructions
– Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Process until a thick paste forms, about 1 minute.
– Transfer to an 8×6 baking dish. Press the dough evenly into the dish to form one giant bar.
– Place in the freezer for at least 30 minutes before slicing into 24 mini square-size bites.
– These bites are best enjoyed straight from the freezer.

1 frozen ripe banana

pinch of black pepper (to increase turmeric absorption)
Instructions
– Add ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy.

Ingredients
16 ounces full-fat, plain Greek yogurt
1/4 cup Laird Superfood Cacao Creamer
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup chopped almonds
1 cup frozen cherries
Instructions
– In a medium bowl, mix yogurt, Laird Superfood Cacao Creamer, vanilla, and cinnamon.
– Next, fill two medium glasses with 1/2 the yogurt, then 1/2 the cherries, then 1/2 the almonds.
– Layer remaining yogurt, then cherries and almonds.
– Place in the fridge. Allow at least 30 minutes for the fruit to defrost before enjoying.
